  • 2 cups sprouts


  • 2 cups roasted peanut


  • 1 nos small peice of coconut boiled


  • 2-3 nos dry red chilli


  • 2 tsp lemon juice


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 2 tsp red chilli sauce


  • 2 tsp tomato sauce


  • 1 tsp white pepper powder


  • 1/2 cups chopped cucumber


  • 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes


  • 1 sprig chopped fresh coriander leaves


  • 1/2 nos chopped spring onion for garnish

  • METHOD TO MAKE DRESSING
  • Take mixture grinder Add Coconut Red Chillies And 1 3 rd Cup Peanuts
  • Grind All 3 Ingridents To Form A Smooth Paste
  • You Can Add Little Amount Of Water To Make Paste
  • METHOD TO MAKE SALAD
  • Take A Mixing Bowl
  • Put Sprouts Remaining Peanuts Chopped Cucumber Chopped Tomatoes Salt white Pepper
  • Powder lemon Juice Tomato Sauce Red Chilli Sauce Peanut Coconut Dressing FreshCoriander
  • Mix All Together And Garnish with Chopped Sring Onions And Refrigerate For 1 Hr
  • Serve Chilled
